"Any Questions?" What Employers Want to Hear in an Interview

Preparing for an interview can be stressful for many and at times nerves can affect the outcome while you are sitting in the hot seat. However, according to Justin Thompson, this does not always have to be the case. He suggests that the questions go both ways during the interviewing process so the candidate can also get a better feel on what the company is all about and how they fit into the company's network.

Asking questions of your prospective employer illustrates that you are engaged in the interview and that you have a genuine interest in the company that you are applying at. Essentially, if you go into the interview with a plan to exemplify that you would be a positive asset to the company with questions of your own, that the interviewer will get to know you better and you immediately start a working dialogue relationship with your employer.
