POSITION SUMMARY
The Impact & Engagement (I&E) intern is a member of the Impact & Engagement team and plays a role in coordinating volunteer engagement through assisting with the volunteer application process, member engagement initiatives, and collecting and cleaning member engagement data. This is a part-time position at an estimated 20-28 hours/week.
Salary Range: $20 – $23/hour, 15-28 hours/week
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, enter, and review member engagement data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate and manage webinars, meetings, and write minutes.
Support the maintenance of the AACRAO online community (Higher Logic) by helping troubleshoot basic user issues, building new community spaces, and updating process guides.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Pursuing a BA/BBA/BS or MA/MS degree in management, public relations, communications, business administration, or related fields
OR2 – 3 years equivalent work experience

- Hybrid. Minimum two days/week in the DC office
A computer is provided for in-office work. No laptop is provided.
