Job Description

The Director/Registrar provides strategic leadership for the administrative and operational activities of a comprehensive Registration and Academic Records Office. Setting the vision for a forward-thinking office, the Director leads a committed staff fostering a culture of innovation and student-first service. Reporting to the Vice President for Student Affairs & Enrollment Management, the Director oversees a broad portfolio of functions including student registration and enrollment verification; transcription of credit and degree conferment; curriculum and course record management; academic athletic eligibility certification; Veteran enrollment verification; and student academic record administration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of professional-level experience in registration and academic records functions and services

OR

  • Master’s Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of professional-level experience in registration and academic records functions and services
