The Loyola University Maryland Records Office seeks a Special Program Advisor.

Primary responsibilities include:
*Serve as School Certifying Official for Loyola for the Veteran’s Administration (VA) to manage the enrollment certification process for veteran’s benefits in compliance with VA regulations, including the management of all compliance audits and risk assessment audits .
*Serve as liaison with member institutions of BSEP (Baltimore Student Exchange Program) to manage and communicate the registration and grading processes for students participating in the program.
*Responsible for managing the UG electronic graduation application process and updating Comfile and Colleague with all graduation-related information, including serving as the liaison for the Records Office with the Director of Ceremonies and the Director of AASC.
*Manage and coordinate the communications, collection, and audit of electronic and manual class and grade roster data.
*Responsible for processing transfer credits, courses, and course equivalency information; recording and maintaining transcripts and degree audits for students in Study Abroad Programs, as needed.
