The Medical University of South Carolina seeks an experienced, collaborative, quality-focused leader for the position of University Registrar. Reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment Management, MUSC’s Registrar is responsible for all aspects of student enrollment and ensuring the integrity of student academic records.  The Registrar oversees the University’s compliance with federal and state law in the management of student records and serves as the University’s FERPA compliance officer.  The Registrar supervises a team of 4-6 Records staff, ensuring cross training, staff development, and accountability for performance.

MUSC is the oldest medical school in the South, and South Carolina’s only integrated, academic health sciences system, serving the state through education, research and patient care. MUSC’s enrollment is approximately 3,000 students in six colleges: Dental Medicine, Graduate Studies, Health Professions, Medicine, Nursing and Pharmacy.
