Position Overview
Menlo College School of Business seeks a Director of Graduate Enrollment & Partnerships to drive strategic enrollment growth, expand corporate and community partnerships, and strengthen Menlo College’s engagement with Silicon Valley and Bay Area employers, organizations, and innovation ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Enrollment Strategy: Drive innovative recruitment for MSIS and MSFT programs across domestic and global markets.
• Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build and sustain relationships with Bay Area employers, industry leaders, alumni, startups, nonprofit organizations, chambers, and technology ecosystems to support enrollment growth, internships, experiential learning, and career pathways for graduate students. .
• Collaborate Internally: Align efforts with faculty, staff, and leadership to advance program growth.
• Expand External Engagement: Represent Menlo College across Silicon Valley and the broader Bay Area through networking events, industry associations, employer partnerships, conferences, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in graduate recruitment, admissions, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to develop external partnerships and engage corporate, nonprofit, startup, and community stakeholders.
• Proven success meeting enrollment, partnership development, and/or business development goals.
• Experience in STEM or business graduate programs and international recruitment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building pipelines that create a diverse pool of candidates for enrollment. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with cultural competency to engage local and global candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
