Since its establishment in 1967, Northampton Community College has continued to offer a breadth of academic, workforce training and personal enrichment programs to help individuals succeed and thrive. The college attracts students, not just locally, but from 53 counties, 48 countries and 23 states. In an area that is home to eight other higher education institutions, NCC is the Lehigh Valley’s largest and most diverse college with nearly 30,000 total students and over 110 degree and certificate programs. And it is the only community college in Pennsylvania to offer on campus living with accommodations for up to 600 students.
NCC is one of the largest employers in the Lehigh Valley. Its three campuses attract a student body that is diverse in terms of age, ethnicity, income, and academic interest. Northampton Community College seeks an Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management who will skillfully lead offices focused on outreach and enrollment of new and continuing students highlighting a student-centered orientation and strengthening processes and efficiencies.
