Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission

The Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission is a part of the core leadership group reporting directly to the Executive Director of Admissions and, in turn, the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management. The Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission has a significant role in the recruitment and admission of undergraduate students with a focus on first-year and transfer students and students from historically underrepresented groups.  They will serve as the point person for initiating and building relationships with secondary high schools and community colleges from which UBalt draws students. The Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission is knowledgeable about the enrollment funnel pipeline from prospect development through enrollment by assigning and monitoring outreach efforts including: tele-counseling, digital communications, recruitment travel, and application processing.  

The Associate Director of Undergraduate Admission has a designated recruitment territory and assigns and manages a schedule of recruitment travel events that includes a roster of colleges/universities, high schools, and community-based organizations to the undergraduate recruitment team. This position serves as a backup for all undergraduate team recruitment events.
