The University of Minnesota Duluth invites applications from experienced, innovative, and collaborative candidates interested in serving as its next Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management (AVC EM). Reporting directly to the Executive Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, the AVC EM has primary responsibility for leadership, management, strategic direction, and administrative oversight for enhancing student access and enrollment services at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Specific areas of oversight include the Office of Admissions, the Bulldog Resource Center, Enrollment Management Marketing & Communications, the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships, the Office of the Registrar, and the Office of Institutional Research.
The ideal candidate for this position is a strategic thinker, enthusiastic about the role of enrollment management in higher education, knowledgeable in higher education marketing and enrollment management best practices, adept at data management and data interpretation, committed to continuous improvement, sensitive to staff’s wellbeing and work-life balance needs, collaborative in developing team-focused, data-driven approaches, and possesses strong quantitative skills.
